I tried getting this achievement by killing monsters without dying, after doing that I didn't get the achievement. It's still unknown if you get the achievement for not dying or having a great killing blow, but following this tips it's guaranteed to unlock it (if it's not bugged.). The throne is an old, slimy leather office chair with bent pipes, resembling horns, sticking out from the top corners. The throne room is where Ink Bendy lived in reclusive seclusion when not stalking the hallways of Joey Drew Studios.
